So let’s begin!
Jolla, a company, or rather a movement, started by ex-Nokians in Finland, have decided to create a new operating system; SailfishOS. A lot of people know MeeGo Harmattan, which was known for its beauty and the very user-friendly UI, that Jolla decided to continue Nokia’s work on that, instead of leaving it abandoned.
Jolla did a perfect job when it came to adopting this OS, and it came back with outstanding results, which I, personally would’ve never expected to be this good. SailfishOS has many amazing features and a breathtaking UI, which depends on something called “Ambience”. Jolla’s “Ambience” is something that throws away the typical old wallpaper style, and takes it to a whole new level, where the whole OS changes its color to match the picture given. But you’d never see what could come out of it, for every single ambience is better than the other, and it keeps your OS looking sexy & fresh. Having your favorite ambiences saved in your device would never make you feel ever bored of just looking at it. The transparent, blurry UI that SailfishOS uses gives the best results to ever come out of an image, and as the title says, if these pictures don’t give you the feeling that you need to switch to Jolla, probably nothing will. Take a look at these screenshots and see how you can change your whole look every minute!
If you feel satisfied with having SailfishOS in your hands, you can start it off by testing it on your own Android device, and then maybe get the real thing! (How to install Sailfish OS on Nexus 4)
