A few months back my dear friend David from Flypig.co.uk sent me two newly printed TOHs that I have constantly been using on my phone and recommending them to other Jolla owners but sadly I haven’t been able to make a proper video review about them mainly because I didn’t have anything to say about them that can fill a 5-6 minute video up! Now tho, seems like David has been busy designing new OtherHalves for Jolla and printing them via Shapeways company.
Although I’ll still try to make a small video about the quality of the product which is noticeably different from anything you’ve seen from 3D printed stuff, I want to take a minute and introduce you all to Flypig’s new products which are fantastically designed and finished. Also via Shapeways.
It all started with this:
— David LlewellynJones (@llewelld) February 23, 2014
And then new colours were launched (Purple and the bright magneta are from Flypig)
— Sepehr James Noori (@JamesNoori) June 30, 2014
Then different shapes were introduced (Starting from LEGO® to Celtic Knot and fine Celtic Knot!)
— David LlewellynJones (@llewelld) July 14, 2014
— David LlewellynJones (@llewelld) July 27, 2014
Which I would say the LEGO one was kinda “functional” if you had a LEGO Stand for your phone!
Next: Camera protection and lens extention:

Which I will find really REALLY useful considering the three different lenses that I use on my Jolla, this is a must have that I will buy. And they cost less than €16!
Thank you David for this amazing work and thank you Shapeways for helping us print our loved otherhalves!
