Since the launch in India, Jolla is definitely expanding and getting bigger and at the same time better.
There has been so many reviews out and about since the day 1 and there has been one complaint towards Sailfish OS which somehow is valid for someone who is entirely new to the operating system. The practicality.
You see, if you move from a button-based OS like Android, iOS or Windows Phone to an operating system which is mostly if not completely against buttons and describes buttons as “Old Fashion” you certainly will face some problems at first even though there is a fabulous tutorial on Jolla phone appearing the first time you turn the phone on:
Yet still, the muscle memory is not where it should be. Meaning every time you want to go home you will try to press a “Home Button” and every time you want to go back you will search for an arrow pointing backwards or something alike. If you haven’t figured out yet, Jolla is not anything like you have experienced, or I better say Sailfish, is totally “Unlike” any mobile phone operating system you have ever encountered.
Since Jolla has a good reputation of DIT, and listening to their customers / reviewers as much as possible; [we have seen this in their updates, launches and different releases] and seeing their growth and expansion in the world certainly puts them in a more popular situation and the best way seen by them is to educate people on YouTube about their product. Cool enough I’d say.
Without further ado, I invite you to watch this playlist containing 16 videos from basic navigation to using Jolla Store:
