If you still haven’t ailed yourself heart attacks and traumas for smashing your head to the wall due to over-speculating, please be advised that this one will make a hit. JOLLA TABLET is on its way to hit the shelves only if community helps the Finnish phone maker to make it a reality.
#JollaTablet campaign is up on Indiegogo. Help us bring #SailfishOS to the world, pledge now! http://t.co/8BdZfketv8 pic.twitter.com/6wTjQuDund

One day after Nokia unveiled it’s very first post-Microsoft era device, Nokia N1 tablet, Jolla’s Chief Operating Officer, Marc Dillon, took the silver stage today at SLUSH revealing the details of Jolla Tablet. The slate, just unlike the phone, sports top of the line hardware. A 7.9 inch tablet with Quad HD IPS-LCD screen that is powered by Intel Quad Core CPU clocked at 1.8 Ghz bundled with 2 GBs of RAM.
Aesthetically the tablet looks elegant and follows the button-less design of the original phone. One thing that grabbed my attention is that the sides are colored differently compared to top and bottom. Not sure if there are TOHs for the tablet but the slate inherits the contrasty elements found in the Jolla phone … designed in Finland.
Talking of availability, Jolla tablet would be ready early as the spring if the company achieves the targeted money support. For that reason, Jolla is using Indiegogo platform so it can get the right amount of support which is around 380,000$. It might sounds like a lot but comparing it with the failed Ubuntu Edge’s 32M campaign, Jolla’s funding program is hell of an easy demand.
The first 1000 backers will get the tablet as low as 189$, the following 1000 supporters will shed extra 10$ getting the mighty multi-tasking capable slate for 199$.
Jolla tablet runs Sailfish Operating System that marks it difference with crowded Android and iOS tablets. More to the point, the tablet can flawlessly run Android applications while you multi-tasking like a boss. No lags and slowdowns whatsoever.
Jolla community proved itself in backing KBTOH and they surely can come back and help the mother company to make that dream flies. Be the first one and rise the unlike flag here.
People o united states can also buy it:
The Jolla tablet will be shipped to EU, Norway, Switzerland, United States, India, China, Hong Kong and Russia.
This is very good news since many Americans were also looking forward to a Sailfish Os powered device for themselves.
